This page provides browser-specific privacy and analytics details. The shared Android and web account, Google Play and RevenueCat processing, and account deletion are described in the main privacy policy at /privacy/.
Account and payment data
Sign-in uses emailed verification codes delivered by Cloudflare. TryMotion stores a user identifier, verified email, display name, hashed session token, credit balance, and transaction ledger. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details. TryMotion stores purchase references, pack amounts, payment status, and the related credit entries; it does not receive full card numbers.
Uploaded and generated media
The studio stores uploaded video, character references, technical file metadata, job status, and generated output in private Cloudflare storage. Files are associated with your account. They are not automatically published in a gallery.
When you submit a generation, the selected video and image are shared with fal for Wan, Seedance and Kling, or Replicate for Pruna P-Video-Replace, and the selected model’s processing providers using time-limited delivery links. The audio merge stage may also process the original video. Seedance integration uses a pseudonymous end-user identifier. Provider processing and retention policies apply independently.
Retention and deletion
TryMotion uploads and outputs expire after 7 days. A cleanup task removes expired stored copies. Files needed by an active job may remain until that job is resolved. You can remove files in the studio when they are not supporting an active generation. Download anything you want to keep.
Deleting a TryMotion copy does not itself delete provider-held copies or revoke a download you already made. Use /delete-account/ for account deletion without the app, or contact us for assistance with provider retention questions. Billing and credit records may be retained where needed for accounting, dispute handling, and fraud prevention.
Cookies and operational logs
The web studio uses essential, HttpOnly session cookies and a temporary sign-in verification cookie. Codes expire after 10 minutes; stored codes are protected with a keyed hash and limited attempts. Requests that change account state require a session-bound verification token. Operational logging is used to diagnose failures. The MVP does not add advertising trackers or publish a user’s media to third parties for marketing.
Language and regional preferences
You can choose a display language and regional format. Intentional choices are stored in small first-party preference cookies for up to one year and can be changed using the language controls. On the automatic language entry page, Cloudflare’s approximate connection country and your browser’s language list help choose a default. We do not request GPS or browser location permission, send your IP to another location service, or use these defaults as a billing address. Credit purchases remain charged in USD.
Optional product analytics
Optional browser analytics are off until you choose “Allow optional analytics.” They record page categories, page and checkout interest, download clicks, approximate connection country supplied by Cloudflare, coarse device type, language and pseudonymous browser/session identifiers. They do not record media, form text, full URLs, query strings, raw IP addresses, card details or session replay. Browser estimates are separate from authoritative account, generation and payment records. We do not infer why someone leaves or treat a checkout click as a payment.
Sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity. Live presence is an estimate based on foreground activity in the last 90 seconds. Detailed optional events and sessions are deleted after 90 days; browser identifiers expire after 180 inactive days. Changing “Analytics preferences” to reject stops measurement and deletes that browser’s optional history. Signing out or switching accounts resets its optional journey. Required account, successful sign-in, security and billing records remain separate; successful sign-in audit entries are kept for 90 days. We retain a short-lived connection digest for analytics abuse control, not reporting.
Your choices and contact
You can sign out, delete stored media, or request account access and deletion assistance at contact@trymotion.ai. Use footage and references you are authorized to share for processing. Avoid confidential material until you have reviewed the relevant provider terms and retention policies.
