These terms cover the TryMotion web studio. The web product is an early access service. Available engines and purchase options are shown in the studio.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use the web generation service. Keep your account access private and provide accurate information. Credit packs sold on this website share the same account balance with the TryMotion Android app. See the shared Android and web terms at /terms/.
Content and permission
Upload only material you own or have permission to process, including footage, likenesses, character designs, and audio. You retain your rights in your inputs. You authorize TryMotion and its processing providers to handle those files to deliver the requested generation and storage features. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and your intended use.
Do not use the service for sexual content, content involving minors, deceptive impersonation, harassment, non-consensual likeness use, fraud, or unlawful content. Do not bypass provider safeguards. We may reject jobs or restrict accounts that violate these rules. Label generated media where needed to prevent a misleading impression.
Credits and results
Credit packs are one-time purchases at the price displayed before checkout. Credits are reserved when you submit a generation. A confirmed technical failure automatically returns the full reserved credits once. Stuck or unconfirmed jobs have a 30-minute overall limit. Saving a completed output is retried for up to 10 minutes, within that overall limit. If the video still cannot be delivered, credits return automatically on the next recovery check, normally within 5 minutes, even if you close the page. No support request is required.
AI output varies. Completion does not guarantee a particular identity match, motion, brand detail, or creative result. Review all outputs before publication. Credit restoration for technical failures is separate from a monetary refund request. Contact contact@trymotion.ai for billing issues. Nothing here limits rights that apply to you under consumer law.
Storage and deletion
Uploaded and generated files expire from TryMotion storage after 7 days. Download files you need to retain. You can delete stored files when they are not required by an active job. Inference provider retention is governed by those providers’ policies and can differ from TryMotion storage. See the web privacy page.
Availability and changes
Features, supported engines, limits, and future prices may change. The interface identifies unavailable engines. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Your confirmed purchase and generation quote determine the credits charged for that transaction.
