TryMotion Android and the web studio use the same account, credit balance and private media library. This page explains the implemented data flow for both.
The legacy iOS app uses a separate service. Its accounts, credits and media do not sync with this Android/web account. Contact support for questions about that separate service.
Account and purchases
We store your verified email, display name, account identifier, protected session credentials, credit balance and transaction ledger. Cloudflare delivers email verification codes. Android stores its session in encrypted app storage and caches account data privately so your library remains readable offline. Signing out removes account caches and temporary share files.
Android credit purchases use Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. Google processes the payment; RevenueCat receives purchase identifiers and a pseudonymous TryMotion account identifier to deliver, restore and reconcile purchases. TryMotion verifies purchase ownership and maintains the shared credit ledger. Website checkout uses Stripe. TryMotion does not receive full payment card numbers. Storefront prices can differ; the same credits are usable in Android and on the website.
Your media and AI processing
The app accesses the images and videos you select using Android’s system picker. TryMotion stores those files, technical metadata, generation status and output in private Cloudflare storage. Your media is associated with your account and is not automatically published in a gallery. The app creates small private previews and temporary files for export.
When you submit a generation, your selected reference and video are sent through time-limited delivery links to fal for Wan, Seedance or Kling, or Replicate for Pruna P-Video-Replace, and their processing providers. Audio processing can include the original clip. Seedance uses a pseudonymous end-user identifier. Provider processing and retention policies apply separately.
Downloads and sharing
Download saves a completed MP4 to your selected device location, or Downloads/TryMotion on supported Android versions. Share grants the receiving app temporary read access to an exported file. Your sign-in credentials and private delivery URLs are not included. Copies you save or share remain under your control and the receiving service’s policies.
Retention, reports and deletion
Cloud uploads and generated outputs expire after seven days. Files used by an active generation may remain until it resolves. You can delete an available cloud file in either interface once it is no longer supporting an active job. Deleting that copy makes it unavailable on Android and web; saved and shared exports remain.
Use Account → Delete account in Android, or the account deletion page without the app. A fresh email confirmation is required. Access on both platforms is revoked immediately after confirmation. A retryable cleanup removes media, profile details and video history in bounded batches. Pending cleanup can temporarily prevent a new account using that email. Unused credits are removed. A new account has a new identity and does not inherit old purchases or credits.
We retain a pseudonymous ledger, purchase/refund references and necessary billing/security records for accounting, disputes and fraud prevention. Deletion is not a monetary refund. Late payments on a closed account are held for billing reconciliation and do not recreate your account. Contact support for questions about retained records or provider-held copies.
You can report an AI result from its player. Reports contain the job reference, selected reason and optional comment; they enter a private review queue and expire after 90 days. Account deletion removes report comments and job links. Reports do not automatically restore credits. Avoid including sensitive personal information in the comment.
Operational data and optional browser analytics
Required security and operational records help protect sign-in, verify payments and diagnose failures. Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes and are stored with a keyed hash and limited attempts. The website uses essential HttpOnly cookies and request verification. Android has no advertising tracker or session replay. Optional browser analytics require consent; the browser privacy details describe their data, controls and retention.
