These terms cover the TryMotion Android app and web studio. Both use one account, credit balance and private library. Available engines, limits and purchase options are shown in the interface. The legacy iOS app uses a separate account, credit and media service; these shared-balance terms do not describe a transfer to or from that app.
Account and permitted use
You must be 18 or older. Keep your account access private and provide accurate information. Upload only material you own or are authorized to process, including footage, likenesses, character references and audio. You retain rights in your inputs and authorize the processing needed to provide the requested features.
Do not create sexual content, content involving minors, deceptive impersonation, harassment, non-consensual likeness use, fraud or unlawful content. Do not bypass safeguards. We may reject jobs or restrict accounts that violate these rules. Review results before use and label generated media when needed to avoid misleading people. You can report a result from its Android player or contact support with its job ID.
Credits and payment
Credits are one-time consumable purchases. Android purchases use Google Play Billing through RevenueCat; website purchases use Stripe. The confirmed storefront price and currency apply. Prices may differ between storefronts. Purchased credits are tied to the verified TryMotion account and are usable in both interfaces. Sign in to the same account to access the balance.
Credits are reserved when you submit a generation. A confirmed technical failure automatically returns the full reserved credits once. Stuck or unconfirmed jobs have a 30-minute overall limit. Saving a completed output is retried for up to 10 minutes, within that overall limit. If the video still cannot be delivered, credits return automatically on the next recovery check, normally within 5 minutes, even if you close the page. No support request is required. AI results vary; a completed result does not guarantee a particular likeness, motion or creative outcome.
Credit restoration for a technical failure is separate from a payment refund. For Google Play purchases use Google Play’s refund process or contact support with the order reference. A confirmed refund reverses the associated credits. If credits have been spent, generation remains on hold while the outstanding credit debt is recovered. A Google refund hold releases automatically when all such debt is recovered; independent billing or security reviews can remain. Nothing here limits applicable consumer rights.
Storage, export and deletion
Private uploads and outputs expire after seven days, subject to active-job protection. Save anything you want to keep. Download and sharing create copies outside TryMotion cloud storage. You control those copies and must respect the receiving service’s terms. A cloud deletion affects both interfaces and cannot recover an expired file.
You may delete your shared account after a fresh email confirmation. Finish active generations first. Account deletion revokes Android and web access, removes media, profile details, video history and unused credits, and retains only the billing/security records described in the privacy policy. It does not automatically refund purchases or erase copies already saved, shared or retained under provider policies.
